To schedule a party, first check the calendar to see if the date you want is available, then contact AMI at clientcare@amihoa.com and complete the pool contract form below. A minimum of 7-day advance notice is required to schedule a pool party. More is appreciated.

An additional lifeguard is required for parties over 10 persons due to insurance and liability reasons and for general safety as follows:

• Party of 11-25 persons, one extra lifeguard is needed
• Party of 25-40 persons, two extra lifeguards are needed and are only allowed M-F (no weekends or Holidays)
• No parties allowed over 40 guests

The charge for extra lifeguards for parties is $20 per hour, per lifeguard, with a two hour minimum. 

Cancellations: If the reservation is canceled less than two days prior to the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of inclement weather, the cancellation must be made at least two hours prior to the party’s start time

The pool remains open for the use of the neighborhood during parties.

Remember, swim at your own risk, even during lifeguard hours.
