Swimming Pool

The 25 meter pool is the pride and joy of SouthPark. Host to the Dolphins Swim Team, July 4th events, swim lessons and countless resident parties, it is the one amenity that seemingly every resident uses.

Pool restrooms are only open during lifeguard hours

A reminder that the pool is monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras.

If you lost or damaged your access card, replacements are $30. Please leave a message on the hotline at 303-738-0534, mailbox 2 with your contact information. Replacement cards will be available on Saturdays with the lifeguards.

Tennis Courts

Two regulation-sized courts and a hitting wall are available year-round for residents and their guests. A sign-up sheet is available at the courts for advanced reservations, but is not necessary if the courts are vacant.

If you lost your key, replacements are available for $10. Call the hotline at 303-738-0534, mailbox 2.

Please note that the tennis courts are for tennis only. No rollerblades, skateboards, lacrosse or any other activity is allowed.

Open Space

SouthPark takes great pride in its well-groomed trails, open space and wide variety of trees and plants throughout the community. There's no better way to say hello to your neighbors, walk your dog, or view some of the area's wildlife.
