Clubhouse

With ample space and seating, a complete kitchen and new ceramic tile floors, there is no need to leave the neighborhood for your next event. Birthday parties, club events and catered dinners are just some of the uses for this community facility, and the rates are very reasonable. To reserve the clubhouse for your event, call the Hotline at 303-738-0534, mailbox 2. Your call will be returned by a Clubhouse committee volunteer. You must complete the Clubhouse Reservation Form and include it with your payment and deposit.

Rates:
$30 for up to 4 hours
$50 for more than 4 hours
$200 refundable deposit for all rentals
