As a covenant-protected community since its inception in 1982, SouthPark requires its residents to submit proposals to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for any planned changes to the exterior of their homes. Proposals must be submitted in writing to Centennial Management Group for review. Responses to the proposal will be made in writing in a timely manner.

ACC Guidelines
This document details the process for approval, enforcement and guidelines of exterior improvements, alterations, additions or repainting, as well as the general enforceable covenants for the community.

Exterior Painting
