Welcome to SouthPark

The SouthPark community is located immediately south of Mineral Avenue and just east of Santa Fe Drive in Littleton, Colorado. (See the map link to the left.) SouthPark is divided into two separate associations: SouthPark 1 and SouthPark 2. This website contains information about SouthPark 1 only. (For SouthPark 2, click here.) SouthPark (i.e. SouthPark 1) consists of 270 single-family homes and 135 townhomes, an outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool, two tennis courts, a beautiful clubhouse, a traditioned swim team, and ample open space and walking trails. Built in the early 1980's, this Writer-built neighborhood is known for its colorful homes, abundance of trees, and friendly people.

The light rail to downtown Denver is within a few minutes walk. Other nearby amenities include the Aspen Grove's Mall, South Platte Park and Carson Nature Center, Chatfield Reservoir, Writers Vista Park, and historic Main Street in Littleton.
